The Art of Kintsugi Workshop

What if our imperfections aren’t something to hide, but something to celebrate? 💛

Join WA Recovery College at the SJCRC for a creative and reflective workshop exploring the ancient Japanese art of Kintsugi and the practice of repairing broken objects while highlighting their cracks and imperfections.

🌿 What you’ll discover:
• The philosophy and symbolism behind Kintsugi
• How to embrace imperfection and reconnect with a sense of wholeness
• Fundamental Kintsugi techniques, including mending fractures and applying lacquer
• How the principles of Kintsugi can inspire everyday life🎨 You’ll also create your own Kintsugi-inspired piece to take home!
