Your Local Community Hub

The Serpentine Jarrahdale Community Resource Centre (SJCRC), originally known as the Telecentre was established in Mundijong in 2001, to address the growing need for access to technology and communication services in the rural surrounding communities.  In 2011 the SJCRC officially opened the doors to its purpose built facility and has since served as a central hub for community activities, providing a wide range of services and resources.

The SJCRC is a not-for-profit organisation with aims to improve access to government services, business information and development, social interaction within the community, inclusion and development through courses, workshops and events for the residents of the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale as required by our agreement with the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD).

The SJCRC is a not-for-profit community managed organisation run by a management committee of volunteers.

The CRC is partly funded by the Department of Primary Industry Regional Development (DPIRD) with the WA Community Resource Network (WACRN) which helps pay the wages of the CRC team.
